We are excited to offer the convenience of online payments with our new Payment Portal. Set up multiple payment methods including credit cards and ACH. House all your FFL contracts in one convenient, secure tool. We’ve always had a flat fee for processing transactions. But now, when using Payment Portal, credit card convenience fees are sensitive to amount (and are often lower), while ACH fees are $0. You can also set up recurring payments inside of Payment Portal. No more fumbling around with payments each month.

Where do I download the app?

Actually, there is no app to download. Payment Portal is an online mobile-friendly tool that you’ll likely find intuitive to use. You can always get to it from this site or bookmark it directly in your browser of choice.

Can I split a payment between cards and ACH?

You have the choice of how you want to pay.

Why is ACH free but credit cards have a fee?

Credit card companies, including debit cards, charge a fee for their services.

How long until payments post to my account?

There is a bit of a lag from when you initiate a payment to when it hits your account. This is usually 2-3 days, but can vary.
